Możemy również zainstalować zasilanie awaryjne całego domu poprzez agregat prądotwórczy lub nowoczesne systemy powerbank-owe, które automatycznie przejmują zasilanie przy awarii prądu. Dla użytkownika i systemu brak zasilania od dostawcy będzie całkowicie niezauważalny – dom działa normalnie przez cały czas. Po powrocie zasilania sieciowego system automatycznie przełącza się z powrotem na zasilanie od dostawcy, a zasilanie gwarantowane wyłącza się.

Practically nothing breaks on its own. We work exclusively with premium brands of the highest quality (ABB, Basalte, Jung, Schneider Electric, etc.) that have been tested over decades in millions of installations worldwide. The KNX system is decentralized – even if one component fails, the rest of the system continues to operate without interruption.

We do everything to make it as simple as possible. Our philosophy is “less is more.” We train clients at every stage and simplify the operation. Instead of five remotes for your home cinema, you do everything with a single button — without wondering which HDMI to turn on or how to adjust the volume. The system knows what to do. Operation is as intuitive as using a smartphone. Additionally, we prepare instructional videos,that we provide to clients so they can recall at any time how to control individual elements of the system.

Just like with cars – it depends on the equipment. You can buy a basic Fiat or a luxury Mercedes. It’s the same with home automation – from basic functions to full luxury. The price depends on the size of the house, the range of functions, and the quality of the components. What’s important is that the system pays for itself through energy savings and increased property value.

It's recommended to perform a check-up once a year. During this time, we check the batteries, clean the fans, update the software, and inspect the installation for fire safety. The property owner is legally required to conduct measurements and inspections of the electrical installation – annually in public utility buildings, offices, and restaurants, and every 5 years in private properties. We do this as part of our comprehensive service support.

Yes, it’s possible. In new homes, we install the system during construction, which is the optimal solution. In finished homes, it's possible to use the existing electrical installation—sometimes additional wiring is needed, but it rarely requires major renovations. We do not recommend wireless systems – our experience shows they are unreliable, often require battery replacements, and have limitations in terms of the number of devices and system range. Wired systems are much more stable and reliable. It’s best to install them at the earliest stage of construction and lay the wiring with room for future expansion or remodeling.

Ideally at the design stage – this is when we plan the automation installation along with HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), and together with interior architects we select the most optimal solutions and placement of individual devices. The ideal moment is the closed shell stage, before finishing the interiors. We also install systems at later construction stages, but this involves shifting work schedules, delays, and modifications of already completed installations. If you plan to implement automation in the future, it's enough to prepare the wiring – the cost is only slightly higher than that of a traditional system.

The KNX system has been operating in over 100,000 buildings worldwide for more than 30 years. It is based on safe extra-low voltage (SELV) and has no central control unit – if one component fails, the rest of the system continues to function normally. It is a European standard, operating globally, with safety certifications.

The KNX system is an open standard, not a product of a single company. It is supported by over 500 manufacturers worldwide. Even if one manufacturer disappears from the market, your system will continue to function and can be serviced and expanded using products from other companies. It’s like USB – a standard that works independently of the manufacturer. However, the key is properly prepared documentation – the company performing the installation must provide a complete project with information on the connection of all components, full measurement documentation with program backups and passwords. Without these elements, servicing by another company will be difficult or impossible. We always provide complete documentation to our clients.

Yes, from anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection. You can check if everything is okay at home, turn on the heating before returning from vacation, or view camera footage. The app works on phones, tablets, and computers. Data security is ensured through encryption.
