Each project is priced individually based on architectural plans and a discussion of your needs.

Of course! We design KNX systems with future expansion in mind. The KNX bus allows for adding new features over many years without the need to replace the core infrastructure. You can start with basic automation and later add home cinema, advanced security systems, or energy management with photovoltaics. However, it’s worth planning for future expansion as early as possible in the home construction process.

The implementation of a smart home is a process that we adapt to the pace of construction. The design phase takes about 3 months, depending on the size of the house — it may be shorter or longer. The installation itself is carried out in stages — we perform our work when the construction schedule allows it. Our involvement is one of the longest: we’re among the first on site to install the electrical wiring and KNX bus system, and we’re the last to leave — installing the final light fixture and programming all devices according to the investor’s individual requirements.

The internet is only needed for remote control via the mobile app and for receiving notifications outside the home. Once the connection is restored, all remote features automatically resume operation.

Yes, we provide comprehensive service for many years after project completion. This includes remote software updates, troubleshooting over the internet, and on-site visits in case of hardware failure. Most issues are resolved remotely via a secure VPN connection. We also offer service agreements with regular system inspections.

In most cases, yes. KNX can work with many existing systems through appropriate interfaces – from alarm systems and air conditioning to audio-video equipment. We assess compatibility during the design phase and suggest optimal integration solutions, which may sometimes require replacing certain components with KNX-compatible ones.
